Drivers for Monitors with USB Graphics

Applicable to these products

The DisplayLink driver is required to operate the USB monitors.
Drivers are available for Windows™, macOS, Android, CromeOS, and Ubuntu.

Installation procedure

  1. Follow the instructions on the chip manufacturer's download page:
    Synaptics® DisplayLink Download (opens new tab).

Please note

If the version of the installed driver does not match the version of the firmware on the display, the firmware of the graphics controller in the display is automatically updated, if necessary. This process takes about 20 seconds and is indicated by a jumping hourglass on the display.
